How do you get to work?
I usually take the train.
你都怎麼去上班啊?
我通常都搭火車。
get to work 和前一單元提到的go to work，意思幾乎一樣，不過go to work給人「去上班」的感覺，而get to work 則強調「到達工作地點」的意思。
其他一些使用get的類似慣用語有:
Let's get down to business.
(我們開始工作吧。)
The teacher did not get to the point.
(老師沒有說明重點。)
表示搭乘交通工具，可以用take，如: take a train(搭火 車)，take the subway(搭地鐵)，take a bus(搭公車)，take a taxi(搭計程車)，或用「by+交通工具」來表示:
I took a bus to school. I went to school by bus.
(我搭公車上學。)
