<p>In a village, Wawan becomes suspicious when he hears that social assistance can only be obtained if residents pay an administration fee. A conversation at Laras coffee shop, complaints from residents who feel cheated, and Mr Sugeng increasingly arrogant attitude further fuel his suspicions that something is amiss. Unintentionally, Wawan finds himself drawn into a situation that forces him to decide whether to remain silent like most people, or speak out when he sees injustice unfolding before his eyes.</p>
