As you listen to the gentle vibrations of the singing bowl, allow yourself to focus on your breath and imagine roots extending from your feet, anchoring you to the earth. Visualize yourself rooted and stable, connected to the earth's energy. With each breath, you will feel more grounded and centered, allowing you to let go of any unhelpful thoughts.
