In the first episode of Fail Forward, we invited Kristy Nelwan to talk about the failures she has faced in life that helped her grow into the person we know now. Kristy Nelwan is best known for her position as the Head of Communication and Chair of the ED&I Board at Unilever Indonesia. But not many know that beneath her professional façade, she has had a deep passion for book writing since she was little. This passion led her to publish two books in the past. In this podcast, she shares the story of the agonizing moments she experienced while waiting for the publication of her first book, Perempuan Lain (2007).
